So, let me try again (this time cc'ed the list, as it seems you do not have authority on your own): I'd be happy to join the pkg-voip team. If you want me, then please add the Alioth account "js" to the team, and arrange for that account the get write access to your alioth subversion repository (which may or may not be same thing - I have experienced SVN access trouble at other teams!). I am tuning more actively into voip these days, so might also be interested in helping out with some of your other packages if interested. I'll look at the above links, subscribe to your mailinglist and stuff (have already looked quickly at your packaging, and will merge with my own done using cdbs and other cleverness). Could you please give me write access to your SVN? My nick at subversion is "js". You need to create an account on Alioth[1], and add your authorized SSH key[2].
