Hi Patrick, Yves-Alexis; Thanks for the new information. Here is where the packaging stands for me - packaging libfunambol client stack is done, although not tested - I got stalled on syncevolution with some problems related to libfunambol not being built in the same tree. - syncevolution has slipped down my packaging queue behind other stuff more related to $REAL_JOB, but I haven't given up on it. I do wonder if there is enough other motivation to put the funambol stack into debian if it is not going to be used by syncevolution. If not, then we should make the leap to 0.9 beta 1; probably all the kinks will be worked out by the next Debian release. d -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Following up to myself, my plan (which has been delayed by other commitments) is to package the funambol client library seperately, but using a version suitable for syncevolution. You can follow that at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=505878 Or you could, if I did anything :-). As I said in my last message, I think the AGPL issues discussed in that thread (short of something like a GR to overide the ftpmasters) can be consider closed. So in particular, if someone wants to help push this forward, I can make what I have for libfunambol available on collab-maint.
