I was bit busy with end year. On this week I think put a revision with
me as mantainer.
There is a alioth group with mc package. Look at ITA,

Well, to be honest I dont like to work in group to mantain packages,
because I have a few time to talk about changes etc, .
But if you want, you can adopt this package. As you are a Debian
Developer, I think you will be a better mantainer then me.

Since mc is a very hugh and very wide used programm I would suggest to
create a alioth for it and team- maintain it there.
