The above sounded more like an RFA (request for new maintainer) than an RFH, but based on the PTS info and changelog it looks like you already have an active co-maintainer. :) Do you have advice for users of sql-ledger who could be able to help out? I can imagine this bug being resolved by adding a new page under <http://wiki.debian.org/Teams> or by adding notes to README.Debian explaining the current maintenance policy and how to contribute usefully.
