Nice, I've joined collab-maint (my username is sargentd-guest).
I'm not yet too familiar with holding packages in Git (worked mostly
with SVN until now) but git-buildpackage seems easy to use. Still,
pointers to nice docs highly welcome :)

Looking forward to work with you :)

Evgeni

Wonderful... I've already put ipv6calc under collab-maint (git) with
also your name: http://git.debian.org/?p=collab-maint/ipv6calc.git

I'll follow with a more specific and detailed mail later...

Hi Niko, hi Luca,

I'm also interested in this package. However I'm not a DD, so I would
need a sponsor (Luca? :)) for uploads.
Luca, you said you would like to have a comaintainer? Let's do it
together then ;)

Evgeni

Bug#487960: RFA: ipv6calc -- small utility for manipulating IPv6 addresses

2008-06-25 Thread Niko Tyni
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I don't feel very attached to my non-comaintained packages and would
gladly give them away to a good home. So I request an adopter for the
ipv6calc package.

The package description is:
The ipv6calc utility can convert between different formats of IPv4 or IPv6
addresses. It can also show information about the addresses, including who
they are assigned to on the Internet.
