It's comparable to the standard library of other languages. This
should be mentioned in the description, though, probably instead of
software.
Also, do you really need to tell us that it is open source?
D had some history of having a non-free compiler (dmd). But I think
the other standard library (yes, there are actually two, Phobos and
Tango) is also open.
