Bug#551636: O: acidbase -- Basic Analysis and Security Engine

I intend to get the new 1.4.4 upstream version prepared and packaged
for upload. As a current Uploader of the package I will be removing
David Gil as he is requesting to be removed by orphaning the package.

As soon as I have packaging completed and the current issue with DAK
causing problems with my uploads is resolved, I will have the new
package uploaded to Sid.

I have also inquired if fellow co-maintainer, Javier Fernandez-Sanguino
Pen~a, is still interested in managing package.

I am orphaning acidbase package.

Acidbase is an snort event viewer. In the past, it was used to manage
Ossim events too. Acidbase is no longer part of the Ossim distribution,
Ossim now uses its own event viewer. As an Ossim developer, I have no
time and motivation to maintain this deprectated (for Ossim) package.
