you noted in Wiki[1], ido needs a patched GTK to work. While this is

 could upload it (it's B-D for indicator-me)?

 Hi Evgeni,

It looks quite reasonable to me. Please feel free to upload.

Finally, uploaded.
Thanks for your work!

Hi Evgeni,

It looks quite reasonable to me. Please feel free to upload.

The gtk patch in Ubuntu doesn't have any description, but here's the
changelog entry:

gtk+2.0 (2.21.5-1ubuntu3) maverick; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/012_ubuntu-set-grab-add.patch
- Added ubuntu_gtk_widget_set_has_grab so we can grab sliders and
things in menus, needed by ido

AFAICT, the only grab-able slider is in indicator-sound.

Hi Andrew,

you noted in Wiki[1], ido needs a patched GTK to work. While this is
theoretically true, one can avoid this. I've created a patch (in bzr
[2]) and ido compiles fine. Could you have a look and tell me whether I
could upload it (it's B-D for indicator-me)?

Regards
Evgeni
