This patches are dated from [2006-2010] [2] and I don't think they will apply on any kernel greater than 2.6.2X What kind of wireless card do you have? What kernel are you running? Have you tried to inject without patching your kernel? I suggest you to try to put your wireless card in monitor mode with airmon-ng without patching the driver. For me works out of the box. Once upstream fixes their problem with the tracker I should talk with them about this patches because I feel that the great majority of this patches either were merged upstream long ago or need to be refreshed to apply on a modern kernel.
