Hello,

I'm using ftpsync for some times now (working mostly offline, requiring 
local mirrors).

I propose to try making a package for it.
I've pushed a basic content on mentors.debian.net (clearly incomplete, 
just made a basic packaging).

I will try to update the package regulary and test it on debomatic.
