I have done preparation work for a new Debian package 3.1.16-2.
Created a new upstream version 3.1.17 with minor changes, just to
check how I will release new versions in the future.  All the work is
published in the git repository of at in collab-maint.

I am waiting for my sponsor to upload the Debian package of at.

Hi,

I'd like to adopt the package if that's okay (I note that Prach's ITA
was almost a year ago). I use this package regularly and have been
working on it for the last couple of days and managed to fix a few
compiler warnings and parser bugs [0]. I've also rewritten the existing
parser test suite in cmocka[1] and extended it. Once the test are more
complete, I'd also like to do some re-organisation of the code to clean
up some cruft.

Ansgar, would you be able to request collab-maint access for me? This
would also make it easier to fix several packaging bugs listed in the
BTS. (I'm going by the process at [2])

P.S. I'm not a DM or DD yet, but I've got a couple of packages in
Debian[3].
