Bug#711554: ITP: pyhst -- High Speed Tomographic reconstruction controled from Python
Hi Jerome, please do not forget to include this package into the relevant Debian Science tasks. As explained previously this makes sense even if the package is not yet uploaded but hit VCS (provided you are using Debian Science VCS - if not please tell me where it is otherwise). Kind regards Andreas. Bug#711554: ITP: pyhst -- High Speed Tomographic reconstruction controled from Python
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Jerome Kieffer Package name: pyhst Version : 2.0. Upstream Author : Alessandro Mirone URL : https://forge.epn-campus.eu/projects/pyhst2 License : GPL Programming Lang: C, Python, CUDA Description : High Speed Tomographic reconstruction controled from Python The PyHST2 code is in service at ESRF for phase-contrast and absorption tomography. This code has been engineered to sustain the high data flow typical of the third generation synchrotron facilities by adopting a distributed and pipelined architecture. The code implements, beside a default filtered backprojection reconstruction, iterative reconstruction techniques with a-priori knowledge. These latter are used to improve the reconstruction quality or in order to reduce the required data volume and reach a given quality goal. The implemented a-priori knowledge techniques are based on the total variation penalisation and a new recently found convex functional which is based on overlapping patches. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
