Bug#724718: ITP flexget
Thanks, but I'm thinking of putting it in the PAPT repository (if that's the acceptable process) anyway once I have access, so it doesn't really matter where it is for now. I'm just battling with gbp to get it to cope with the dfsg repacking workflow, since there are some minified js files that need to be removed from the upstream source and manually recompiled from source during the package build. Control: owner -1 ! Hi, Just an update to say I've once again found some time and interest to work on packaging flexget. I've started packaging the latest release using the existing work here as a guide rather than a base. The work in progress is here: https://github.com/arcresu/flexget-debian I've set myself as the owner of this wnpp bug since it's been inactive for a while, but let me know if you'd like it back. I'm requesting to join the Python Applications Packaging Team and hope to find a sponsor there eventually. Cheers, Carl signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature
Bug#724718: ITP: flexget
Hi, I'm sorry for my disappearance, but other commitments have overwhelmed me, and I'm afraid I'm not able to assist with the maintenance of a new package any more. Good luck getting flexget into debian! Cheers, Carl signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part

Hey Carl, It would be very useful if you could try fixing the dependency issue you mentioned, and pinging me when you it is ready for uploading. I'm also happy to add you as a maintainer, or if you want, you can entirely take over this package from me. I have more than I really can manage. But flexget is one that I use, so I want to see it in Debian :) Are you a DD or DM? If neither, I recommend going to for DM status after doing this update. It is not hard to do, and will give you direct upload privileges for the packages that you are maintainer of. .hc signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature

See #688551 for background on python-dateutil. Basically, versions =2 used to be a python3 only fork, but now that it has been merged back it should be compatible (removing the upper bound should work). -- Etienne Millon signature.asc Description: Digital signature
Bug#724718: ITP: flexget
Hi, I've built the package from git and attempted to install it but I'm running into a dependency problem: flexget depends on python-dateutil ( 2.0); however: Version of python-dateutil on system is 2.2-2 The version of python-dateutils in unstable can no longer satisfy the dependencies, so there may be problems when it comes to getting the package accepted from NEW. As I've learned, you can upload multiple versions of the package to NEW simultaneously and they will be accepted (or rejected) together, so it's probably worth doing this. I've only been maintaining one package so far so I'm not exactly experienced yet, but I'm happy to help in any way I can. Bug#724718: ITP: flexget
Hey Carl, Thanks for your interest! I submitted it to the NEW queue, I imagine it is still there waiting to be reviewed. But please do check it out. The version I uploaded is relatively old, so it would be good to have it updated. I would love to have help maintaining this :-) .hc -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Is there any update on this package? I'd like to see this package done since I use flexget pretty regularly. I was hoping to get it into Jessie, but that's not looking likely, unless some other contributors help. signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature

There are numerous plugins that allow utilizing FlexGet in interesting ways and more are being added continuously. . FlexGet is extremely useful in conjunction with applications which have watch directory support or provide interface for external utilities like FlexGet. . Easy configuration was a high priority when designing the application. If you have ever used command line based application you should be more than qualified. There is also experimental Web-UI coming along (slowly). . FlexGet uses ?YAML for configuration. This may be confusing (for new users) at first but don't be scared, FlexGet is equipped with validator that tries to guide you if you make mistakes. -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) Comment: GPGTools - http://gpgtools.org Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJSRPGWAAoJEJ8P5Yc3S76Bu1AP/1F3t0dsJQdF3ChahIyGlXoy h5RjEiZGbMaWKOiqp6m3irU996zhJjK0YyO16qb0iaZvnDTs8eZneRp6qXk2bxje eIQ1rE7XoydbYaMFKeT1Sn+2oqGRGEOwmlZy1x7DEqt5g3mGlrLLOc5LFTKAOsIU j3XbJSJyL1DiThZ+d3L3qkEhPeX3fgwSiDJKQ6rslRnUkyC9nO6b0r0ZMF2BBB5X 4xw0p2XUJFKHFnxUoo/JuVJQjyaBSO1iVe57MXtpL2FloBm9r3r6+dcGatOFSY3t jErek1BtZ59hXlrq2ouBYnY2Jsgpin4ilDEfX74yHhC4bfnjjj2sj8X4sfRUBfjG KU/K/DhBOP808DM+QuvMKI9xZy0b/ZBatn6+Afsb1DOPe0FUQBOD15+rrO3pk1Yf fttn+7kbCp7U2StghTMVYs4Ct26/AY4x5Kmw3IWy7yRb3NG0a5ehaorDdj2MMfEy TX/hxVmiPwMX11kE1I/CLM5xRv6cY30zTv89U53GDGutODlm3Hlhf8mQi0N4CbOk 8IYFrPZ/z0REZ+qXJ4MuxlWRNZIFePtR5mLwR6NPcXZpY9/dc6EqfUL4PWwMuD4Q NzwdsF0hkrRJwwPmiMSh381QmohqyTIO+0Yt0TWhgasinKZUf/rANzun40x5bgrf PE4ReI0HY/gdEec4gzF9 =rn3x -END PGP SIGNATURE- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
