Bug#728818: RFA: scanbuttond -- Scanner button daemon

2013-11-05 Thread Milan Zamazal
Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I'm looking for a new maintainer of scanbuttond. I no longer have a
scanner on my desk so I can't test the package. I may continue to
maintain the package for a while but I'm going to orphan it sooner or
later.

Maintaining the package is not difficult. Just note that the upstream
package is orphaned, so be ready to take some upstream maintainer
duties, mostly to accept patches from users adding new devices from time
to time. You should have some basic knowledge of C language to review
the patches but nothing more is needed.
