Oh and requires to patch your Qt installation? Probably not impossible
to get this thing to work properly but I guess far from easy

So we can not make native packages for Telegram... What about a script that
download binary files and install it according to FHS?

I wouldn't bother with even that, you might want to read up on
Telegram. It has been referred to as snake oil before:
