You sent a 'RFA', but not an 'O'. So the package isn't orphan.
I did a QA package of the new version of mxml. To 'experimental'
to see if the .symbols file is ok.
The package is at mentors. If you want, set it as orphan, check the
package and do the upload if everything is ok. I have a sponsor who
can help me after that.
