Bug#880199: ITP: skopeo -- Utility performing various operations on container images and image repositories

I've started to work on packaging skopeo, you can find the packaging at
https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/skopeo

Note that it depends on some additional packages currently found in the NEW
queue, but I've been able to build and install the package in a chroot.

Testing and comments on the packaging would be very appreciated.

One thing that bugs me is that I had to disable the test suite. Help on
getting that part to work would be most helpful!

Best,
-rt

and image repositories

Skopeo is a command line utility that performs various operations on
container images and image repositories. Skopeo works with API V2
registries such as Docker registries, the Atomic registry, private
registries, local directories and local OCI-layout directories. Skopeo
does not require a daemon to be running to perform its operations.
