Bug#964446: sane-airscan stuck in NEW
Hi Till, OdyX, Zdenek, I've just created the new 0.99.12 release, and I highly recommend to upgrade existent packaging. All technical details were posted to the sane-de...@alioth-lists.debian.net mailing list. On 8/4/20 9:17 PM, Till Kamppeter wrote: Great, so I will base my Ubuntu package also on the new version. Great, so I will base my Ubuntu package also on the new version. OdyX, could you update the Debian packaging appropriately, too? Thanks. It's just "in NEW"; FTP masters are volunteers and they will get to it when their time permits. It's arguably annoying, but nothing we can really help with. > OdyX, as I like to add sane-airscan to Ubuntu 20.10 and it will most > probably not get into unstable in time before Ubuntu's Feature Freeze on > August 27, I would like to ask you whether you could send me the source > files of your package (current version, 9.99.10-1, tarball, dsc, > debian.tar.gz) and/or tell me whether there is a GIT repo for the packaging. As the Vcs-Browser field from [0] shows, the git repo lives at [1]. The following should get you going: git clone https://salsa.debian.org/printing-team/sane-airscan cd sane-airscan gbp buildpackage -S [0] https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/sane-airscan_0.99.10-1.html [1] https://salsa.debian.org/printing-team/sane-airscan Regards, OdyX signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part.

sane-airscan got uploaded something like 3 weeks ago and is still stuck in NEW. What is happening? What is missing? OdyX, as I like to add sane-airscan to Ubuntu 20.10 and it will most probably not get into unstable in time before Ubuntu's Feature Freeze on August 27, I would like to ask you whether you could send me the source files of your package (current version, 9.99.10-1, tarball, dsc, debian.tar.gz) and/or tell me whether there is a GIT repo for the packaging. Thanks in advance. Till
