I meant any file under english/template/debian/ so that it can be used
elsewhere.

well, as a matter of fact, the Portuguese team is not using
this feature... I began studying it but the basic support needed is
not complete yet... IIRC, I still need to create a database with something, but 
I didn't have the time to go for it yet

I would like to add some new features to check_trans.pl, and need to
slightly change the translator.db.pl file format.
Only Portuguese (and French) team seems to use it, could someone please
tell me if they periodically run check_trans.pl with -m flag?
