If you are using knoppix to connect to #debian you will get forwarded
to #knoppix, as #knoppix is the place to get help with knoppix.

If you really want to ask questions about Debian using knoppix, change
your username (see your IRC client for instructions on how to do it)
to something besides knoppix.

Because they are in fact different hosts. klecker, which is
www.debian.org is up, running and responding, but somehow it
managed to aquire a load of 30 at the moment so you need a bit
of patience. Just use another mirror for now...
(everything except www.nl.debian.org which is the same host should
be fine)
