it appears to me there is one misguiding entry on "gnuplot-doc":

(sorry this appears in german language, as I am german).
Comment:
package "gnuplot" and its related documentation are both
dedicated to the 2-dimensional, batch-oriented plotting software
"GNUplot" (source: http://www.gnuplot.info/) and IMHO are not related
directly to GNU privacy guard (which is a tool for securing
communication).
