And now - drums get louder - even the log_accum.pl script should work
again so [EMAIL PROTECTED] should not be silent anymore.

Even this one should be fixed now.

That's only a warning, but also fixed now.

*sigh* This one should be fixed now as well.

One error remains, though

Checking in works fine again, thanks a lot!

However, this warning remains:
| cvs commit: warning: commitinfo line contains no format strings:
| "/cvs/webwml/CVSROOT/commit_prep2 -r"
| Appending defaults (" %r/%p %s"), but please be aware that this usage is
| deprecated.
It doesn't stop any commits, though, so for me as a CVS user it's no
show-stopper. :)

Flo

Hmm, I have no clue, sorry.

However, I just happened to notice that this also seems to prevent
checking in multiple files in one commit (like when bumping
translation-check headers):

| cvs commit: warning: commitinfo line contains no format strings:
| "/cvs/webwml/CVSROOT/commit_prep2 -r"
| Appending defaults (" %r/%p %s"), but please be aware that this usage is
| deprecated.
| [... the above repeated once per file ...]
| /cvs/webwml/webwml/japanese/security/2006/dsa-1090.wml,v <--
japanese/security/2006/dsa-1090.wml
| new revision: 1.2; previous revision: 1.1
| cvs [commit aborted]: Unknown format character in info file (',,,s').
| Info files are the hook files, verifymsg, taginfo, commitinfo, etc.

Just for the off chance nobody noticed this yet...

Cheers,
Flo

We need to find out what "%{,,,s}" is with the new CVS and
UseNewInfoFmtStrings=yes (somebody needs to read the CVS docu...)

I really do not like this kind of mails. Is it not possible for you to
explain CIA?

I think you do not refer to the Central Intelligence Agency, right?
Maybe you mean one of the following?

Calgary International Airport
California Institute of AbnormalArts (North Hollywood, CA)
California International Airshow

Calling Subscriber Internet Address
CAN in Automation
Canadian Infantry Association (Association Canadienne de l'Infantrie)
Canadian Institute of Actuaries
Canadian International Autoshow

Carnegie Involvement Association
Carry It Anywhere (Taurus International firearms)
Cash In Advance
Catalina Island Airport

Cedartown Insurance Agency
Celestial Intervention Agency (Doctor Who)
Center for Information Assurance

Confederazione Italiana Agricoltori (Rome, Italy)
Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (information security)

Is it really so difficult to avoid using acronyms or at least to explain this
once?

Jens

Hi,

The WWW repository used to have CIA messages, but that seems to be gone
now since the compromise. I assume this is a known issue, but I wanted
to mention it just in case it isn't.
