Hi, Please check https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=646897 qcad is not distributable and therefore can not be downloaded from snapshot.d.o. This is why you see the http 403. Good morning I tried to download qcad https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20060824T00Z/pool/main/q/qcad/qcad_2.0.5.0-1-2_amd64.deb and this was answer: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. -- Apache Server at snapshot.debian.org Port 80 This file and too source and diff files cannot be downloaded.
