Sorry, but you merged with #814394 (wishlist moreinfo), not #814313
(important). If you actually think this bug is a wishlist and/or needs

I saw that there is a circular B-Dloop involving wayland and doxygen on 
powerpcspe:

wayland -> doxygen -> qtbase5-dev -> libgbm-dev -> libgbm-dev -> libwayland-dev
