Bug#295042: /usr/X11R6/bin/XFree86: cannot use keyboard in gdm or kdm after fresh install of sarge
Brice, I vaguely remember the problem. I know I somehow fixed it, but I don't quite remember what it was. The solution might of been related to the conf file for X. Might as well go ahead and close it. Did any of you guys reproduce this problem recently? If not, I will close this bug in the next weeks. Thanks, Brice -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#295042: /usr/X11R6/bin/XFree86: cannot use keyboard in gdm or kdm after fresh install of sarge
Package: xserver-xfree86 Version: 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10 Severity: critical File: /usr/X11R6/bin/XFree86 Justification: breaks the whole system This is a fresh install of sarge. My keyboard works fine until either GDM or KDM (I've tried both) start. After that the keyboard is useless. -- Package-specific info: Contents of /var/lib/xfree86/X.roster: xserver-xfree86 /etc/X11/X target unchanged from checksum in /var/lib/xfree86/X.md5sum.
