Bug#164379: cannot get Xnest to use XKEYBOARD

Package: xnest
Version: 4.2.1-2

Whether I start Xnest with no options, with -kb or with +kb, I cannot
seem to get the XKEYBOARD extension.  It's not listed in xdpyinfo
output, and xkbcomp (which my xnest wrapper script uses to copy the
host server's keymap to the nested server) fails with:

  Error:XKB extension not present on :8
Exiting

I've examined the changelog and searched the last quarter's worth of
debian-x archives, and found no indication that this is a deliberate
change.
