I haven't used xine in a while, but after the last upgrade, starting it
crashes X. I think that the following bits are the interesting bits out

I haven't had a chance to do any further investigation, and I'll be away
for a week or so. I'll try looking more when I return (unless you're
able to find the problem first, of course. :) Those warnings about
ForcePCIMode and DMAMode are also wierd.
