Look at http://wiki.debian.org/HowToGetABacktrace
Just replace hello with xserver-xorg-core, rebuild it as describes,
and install the generated .deb packages.

Apart from that, you could try the X server currently sitting in
experimental (2:1.2.99.901-1).

I already added on another post on this bugreport outlining my
situation.  My X is crashing at random every few days, and this
started with the January version. The old version *NEVER*
once spontaneously crashed.
