Bug#728678: How to reproduce

2015-06-12 Thread Skippy

I confirm this bug with libpixman-1-0:i386 0.32.6-3 and evince 3.14.1-2.

Here is small process to reproduce :

1. Create an empty document with Inkscape.
2. Use the text tool to write some text.
3. Rotate the text box by 180°.
4. Save as PDF.
5. Open said PDF with evince.

Regards,

S.

Bug#728678: libpixman-1-0:amd64: In pixman_region32_init_rect: Invalid rectangle passed

2013-11-03 Thread Daniel Kahn Gillmor
Package: libpixman-1-0
Version: 0.30.2-1
Severity: normal

fetch the following file and render it with evince:

http://www.nyc.gov/html/lpc/downloads/pdf/maps/BedStuy_ExpStuyHeights_DESIGNATION_FINAL%20MAP.pdf

here is the sha1sum:
fc2ac2ef60bfa43ff00f224a4190833b0d910331
BedStuy_ExpStuyHeights_DESIGNATION_FINAL MAP.pdf

evince BedStuy_ExpStuyHeights_DESIGNATION_FINAL\ MAP.pdf

I see the following errors from the evince run:

*** BUG ***
In pixman_region32_init_rect: Invalid rectangle passed
Set a breakpoint on '_pixman_log_error' to debug

*** BUG ***

Set a breakpoint on '_pixman_log_error' to debug

*** BUG ***

I'm not sure if this should be assigned to libpixman or to evince
directly. Feel free to reassign if it belongs to evince instead.
