Dear Maintainer,
After upgrading xorg from 7.7+9 to 7.7+12, I've also dropped by the
same bug.
Ordinarily, I start the X server through the startx command line
utility. Before the server is started, the keyboard works flawlessly.
After it's started, however, both the integrated keyboard and touchpad
become irresponsive. Therefore, I'm even unable to change tty in order
to kill the server.
I've tried to downgrade xorg to jessie, through apt pinning, but the
problem remained.
As a fallback, I've tried to use the startxfce4 script, however, it's
unable to start the server and spats up the following errors:
