This is just to confirm that it works for me too, even with the
slightly earlier 4.2.1-12.1 version.

I can't really tell what the problem or fix was, but I guess upstream
took care of it.

Checked the manpage for fetchmail in xman version 3.1.6 that is in the 
xbase-clients package 4.2.1-13. It works as expected, showing the tables that 
the fetchmail manpage was using.
