I got bitched at for submitting this patch upstream. They all said that the
problem was fixed already.

Yeah, there's PCI domain stuff all over sparcPci.c.  I agree.

Not upstream.  Not in 4.3.0 patches.  However, it looks suspiciously
like PCI domains were handled differently upstream, in
xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/os-support/bus/sparcPci.c,
which is built by the new patch 102_sparc_pci_fix.diff.
So I'm going to guess that this is irrelevant.
