Yes, that is correct.

You would set up the \IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail file not to scan the 
E-mail (you can change all the actions to IGNORE), and then have a 
\IMail\Declude\example.com\$default$.JunkMail file for each domain that you 
do want scanning for, which would have the actions you want to take when 
spam is detected.

I knew everyone would have only nice things to say. - anyway I just bought
junkmail and can't wait to see it going.
I am making sure I understand the perdomain settings - if I want to scan
only one domain out of many - the best way would be to make a default
setting of not scanning anything - and add perdomain settings to the few I
want to do, right?
