Bom dia Nao estou familiarizado com a sua aplicacao, por isso eh dificil para mim saber em qual evento colocar a validacao - depende do que vc esta tentando realizar. Se eh possivel utilizar um Dbgrid, como disse Ricardo, seria mais simples; senao, talvez vc poderia explicar mais o que esta fazendo?
