[libreoffice-design] Notebookbar's tabbed implementation

Hi All,

I'm working the tabbed (aka ribbon) implementation of the Notebookbar by 
adding and organizing the available buttons and controls in its various 
tabs and wonder if there are others interested in collaborating with me 
on it.


I've been working on the File tab and i'm close to completion, so here 
is a preview - http://imgur.com/im8TNRx
