[Design-team] Conceptual Design Phase -same concept

We need initiate a project vision/ strategy.
This part of this process may involved extensive public and community input.
Maybe we need conceptual sketches, digital models to promote same concept.

textual stuff and not so much Design & Creative things.
What I can think of can be a more common idea not only to have the
points mentioned in the design-tasks itself, but also things that could
changed/adapted/etc. to the several Releases (e.g. Banner Designs, Icons
in wiki, etc.) and for the archive

I think Cata is referring to the concepts for the F14 artwork.  Is
that correct, Cata?

Yes Paul, ... is correct.

I think is the most important step from all tasks .
This step allow us to create one conceptual idea
This idea about F14 design will be the point of start for us.

For example i propose to use on F14, background wallpapers with themes:
Like background for each seasson : winter, spring, ... or background
for each  tasks i use it with Fedora distro, like :
writer background, development background, design background,
teacher , inginer, tech ...

Another idea is to create some package with icons for new software.
I use blender 2.5 and i change the old icon to add on panel .
These icons will be put in one folder named "new soft".
In this case it's lightscribe software or another software when we need
some icons for "Create Launcer"
The folder /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/ is almost empty ( app is
only with some icons but that is for specific software - like
glchess...)
In this case we need default icons by category.

The concept for the F14 design is based on the codename for F14 which is
Laughlin. The proposed concept by the person who submitted the name to
the F14 call for names was:

"Something that can illustrate the emergence concept, like multiple
objects combined to create a new one (more complex).

"Robert Goddard was a professor of physics, and so is Robert
Laughlin.[11]. He was awarded the 1998 Nobel Prize in physics for his
explanation of the fractional quantum Hall effect. Moreover he argues
for emergence which is a concept that says "The whole is more than the
sum of its parts"."
