I had no problems configuring it for the wireless network in university. I use a Cisco vpn client for accessing the internet. I compiled it with kernel source for i386 from Flight4. I was surfing the internet without problems. But then I openend the gnome-netstatus-applet again because I wanted to change an option and my notebook had a total lock. My keyboard was dead and also the system cause the clock didn't function any more. So this bug does not always happen. For example, the international code for Vantaa weather station is EFHK. [Bug 32286] Gnome panel is gone - GConf problem?
