Hardy 8.04 Nautilus 2.22.1 I had a directory that I owned moved to Trash. The directory contained files and directories owned by root but I was not challenged. The rules for moving to Trash need to use inbuilt security. [Bug 209608] Re: Segfaults when adding attachment
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, your crash report is either missing or challenging to deal with as a .crash file. Please follow these instructions to have apport report a new bug about your crash that can be dealt with by the automatic retracer. If you are using Ubuntu with the Gnome desktop environment - launch nautilus and navigate to your /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report you wish to submit. If you are using Kubuntu or Xubuntu you can file the crash using /usr/share/apport/apport-qt --crash-file=/var/crash/_my_crash_report.crash in a terminal - where _my_crash_report.crash is the crash you would like to report. I'm closing this bug report since the process outlined above will automatically open a new bug report which can then dealt with more efficiently. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding. ** Changed in: evolution (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided = Medium Assignee: (unassigned) = Ubuntu Desktop Bugs (desktop-bugs) Status: New = Invalid -- Segfaults when adding attachment https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/209608 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 209095] Re: no entiendo
Thank you for using Ubuntu and taking the time to report a bug. Your report should contain, at a minimum, the following information so we can better find the source of the bug and work to resolve it. Submitting the bug about the proper source package is essential. For help see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage . Additionally, in the report please include: 1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'cat /etc/lsb-release' or System - About Ubuntu. 2) The version of the package you are using, via 'dpkg -l PKGNAME | cat' or by checking in Synaptic. 3) What happened and what you expected to happen. The Ubuntu community has also created debugging procedures for a wide variety of packages at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures . Following the debugging instructions for the affected package will make your bug report much more complete.
