What I expected:
- Launched transmission and working minimized in notification area.
- Click on transmission icon shows the main window with creating window effect.
- Click again on transmission icon or just closing main windows, hides the it 
with closing window effect.

What happens:
- Launched transmission and working minimized in notification area.
- Click on transmission icon show the main window with creating window effect.
- Click again on transmission icon or just closing main windows, hides the it 
with minimizing window effect.

- Standart Wine menu entry does not work. The properties of the entry are

Have no idea why the same command runs fron command line but does not
