[Bug 607175] Give her the hottest night
You shouldn’t forget that you are not alone, as hundreds also fight their daily depression! Dear 607175, Even if your sex life is already rich and fulfilling... Imagine you had a little more energy... if your erections stayed harder... or you could go just a little longer... Or maybe you worry, when you climb under the covers, that you’re starting something you can’t finish? Well, now advancements in natural medicine are making it easier than ever to promote a strong libido, firm, natural erections and enhanced desire. Now thanks to this exciting natural breakthrough, you could get an erection “on demand” and when you do, sustain it long enough – and keep firm enough — to fully satisfy your wife in bed. Even if you’re in your 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s or older! As a doctor, I’ve learned something over the years that may surprise you — age has very little to do with sex. There are men out there having the best sex of their lives well into their 80th year and beyond. And those men have three key things in common that their sex starved friends don’t: Hard, recurring erections... Heightened desire and stamina... And a reproductive system that could be functioning at the top of its game... Lucky? You bet. But you too could give your body the nutrients it needs to support your entire sexual health. If you prefer, you may call impotence erectile dysfunction, but it doesn’t change anything. * www.pillsnoly.ru * -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gdm in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/607175 Title: VNC on Lucid: Connection reset by peer (104) after first session logout -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we can't fix it because your description didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful to read How to report bugs effectively http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem. We have instructions on debugging some types of problems at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures. At a minimum, we need: 1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem, 2. the behavior you expected, and 3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible). Thanks! [Bug 132417] Re: evince doesn't display the correct font
Its very simple actually. Fontconfig is just a mess. It can happly pick up a preffered that misses glyphs that document needs. So to fix the '=' issue I removed the 'ttf-symbol-replacement' font which apparently isn't such a correct symbol replacement. After that, fontconfig picked up as the Symbol font the '/usr/share/fonts/X11/Type1/Symbol.pfb' Which belongs to maxim@maxim-laptop:~$ sudo dpkg -S /usr/share/fonts/X11/Type1/Symbol.pfb xfonts-mathml: /usr/share/fonts/X11/Type1/Symbol.pfb Hopefully, if you have that package installed the same will happen and the = glyph will render normally again. Now about some homeworks I had that were in hebrew, and were missing most Hebrew fonts (like the one I attached here) These files were using the Nimbus Roman No9 L to render most fonts and its very bad Times replacement, becuse it misses Hebrew glyphs. I hoped to install MS fonts from 'ttf-mscorefonts-installer', but If you installed them in hope that you will get correct fonts, font-config won't pick these fonts. There is a forest of setting files in /etc/fonts that make it select anything but not these fonts, I just back-uped and removed the /usr/share/fonts/type1/gsfonts/ which contain that dreadful 'Nimbus Roman No9 L' font that replaces Times New Roman, and probably few more fonts and installed 'ttf-mscorefonts- installer' and now all my docs show up correctly (also with ttf-symbol- replacement, and 'Symbol' isn't mapped to MS font, but the one I told above seems to work fine) The point it that these replacements don't contain nearly as much glyphs as needed unlike MS fonts and fonconfig isn't smart enough to pick _any_ font that has these glyphs. I am not picky about fonts, I just need to be able to read the document, in this case in Hebrew. Instead of MS fonts, you can use the Dejavu fonts at least which are installed, and once again fontconfig doesn't pick them. These fonts have good Unicode coverage, but still don't render everything correctly, in that old homework. Once again to let these fonts to be used you need to apply some magic to /etc/fonts. (They seems to be used if I just remove the /usr/share/fonts/type1/gsfonts/ and the MS fonts) ** Changed in: poppler (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged = Invalid ** Also affects: fontconfig (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to poppler in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/132417 Title: evince doesn't display the correct font -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 786317] [NEW] wacom intuous3 often fails to draw stroke (release click not recognised?)
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gimp It appears that sometimes when the pen is lifted a button up command is somehow not sent to gimp. This is new in Natty (it all worked beautifully in Maverick) gimp 2.6.11, ubuntu natty Wacom intuous3 6x8 To reproduce: make sure you have selected wacom as extended input device. Press P to paint. Make a stroke. Very often (but not always) at the end of the stroke when the pen is lifted the paint cursor remains at the end of the stroke and does not follow the pointer. It's necessary to click again (anywhere, or with any button) to get the cursor following the pointer again before you can draw another stroke. This makes gimp unusable. [Bug 366963] Re: nautilus open with property no longer available for folders
Ubuntu Tweak exposes the open with setting for folders. Click on System - File Type Manager in Ubuntu Tweak's sidebar, choose All for the category, find folder in the list of file types, and click Edit. This fixes problems similar to Revup's in a slightly more intuitive way, but it would still be nice for this setting to appear in Nautilus itself. It is worth noting that even if you use Ubuntu Tweak to pick something other than Nautilus as the default application to open folders, (most?) file managers will continue to function as normal. For example, even after choosing VLC as the default application, I could still browse through directories structures in Nautilus, Dolphin and Thunar. The only changes were that VLC appeared as an open with option in the context menu for folders, and that gnome-panel Places used VLC to open folders. So at least in my case Sebastien Bacher's justification that Changing the default doesn't make sense because when double clicking on a directory in nautilus you get whatever sofrware started rather than the directory open when you do that change seems contradictory to what actually happens. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/366963 Title: nautilus open with property no longer available for folders -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
