OK, I have gnome-control-center-1:3.2.0-0ubuntu4 Well, the old problem is fixed, ie. finally i am able to set my Turn off after to Never with the setting saved, instead of it reverting back to 1 minute and the screen dimming immediately without activity. [Bug 863960] [NEW] reading IMAP inboxes doesn't work: no such table: mem.INBOX

[Bug 863967] [NEW] Nautilus 3.1.92 (11.10 beta 2)showing wrong number of files/contents
Public bug reported: Under certain circumstances Nautilus with a list view shows the incorrect number of files in a folder in the line summary when viewing the parent directory. This problem can be recreated with removable media, where the files have just been written to the folder with another program (in this case a bash backup script). In the first instance I saw, removing the media and re-inserting it did not fix the error. Sometimes the number of files will update part way though the file transfer, but the total will stick at this figure and will not be updated, even when the media is removed and re-inserted. This occurred when the directory was also created by the same script doing the copying. [Bug 854624] Re: [oneiric] suspend/hibernate not performed according to Power Settings
The OP bug description is rather vague and the comments saying me too are equally vague. The original bug for me was that there was basically no automatic suspend/hibernate prior to this bug being fixed so my laptop even on battery power would never suspend. I assume this was the case with the OP and that is why he set it to fix released. To save a lot of confusion the best thing to do is for someone to create a new bug which would be based on the new comments that their machines suspend even with Don't suspend is selected. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/854624 Title: [oneiric] suspend/hibernate not performed according to Power Settings To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-power-manager/+bug/854624/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 864182] [NEW] 11.10 suspends regardless of setting in gnome power settings
Public bug reported: Just upgraded my workstation to 11.10 for testing. It regularly goes to (sleep?) after about 30ish minutes. The screen is still on with a blinking cursor displayed in the upper left. The power and reset button lights on my workstation flash like it's in sleep mode. Looking at the Gnome power settings, I see that it's set to Suspend when inactive for: Don't suspend and When power is critically low: blank Tweaking those settings doesn't appear to affect it going to sleep. ** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/864182 Title: 11.10 suspends regardless of setting in gnome power settings To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-power-manager/+bug/864182/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 864200] [NEW] Rhythmbox stops playing music when iPod Touch is hooked up to USB
Public bug reported: Music is playing nicely in Rhythmbox while I work. I hook my iPod Touch up to my computer through USB to let it charge and grab some pictures off of it. Rhythmbox continues to play nicely. However, once Rhythmbox reaches the end of the currently playing song it completely locks up and requires me to kill the process before I can continue. If I start Rhythmbox with my iPod hooked up, it'll play one song and do the same thing. Hope it gets fixed soon! I'm using Ubuntu 11.04.
