[Bug 1019717] [NEW] Unable to open google contacts
Public bug reported: Running an up to date Ubuntu 12.04 I have put all the required information in to evolution to sync relevant parts of my google account. The mail (IMAP) and multiple calendars work fine but I can't get the contacts to work. I do use two step verification on google if that makes a difference. I have looked around for a solution but I'm unable to find one. I'm not an expert at debugging but if more information is needed please let me know how to produce it and I will collect it. The error I am presented with is a big red banner at the top of the screen when I click on contacts that states: Unable to open address book This address book cannot be opened. [Bug 1017914] Re: python: double free or corruption (out)
Hi everyone, thanks for filing this bug and for testing my tutorial examples! I was out-of-touch with some Gtk changes... you can no longer get the XID inside the prepare-xwindow-id/prepare-window-handle callback. Instead, you need to get the XID after you call window.show_all(), before you call Gtk.main(). [Bug 985975] Re: [wacom]: won't calibrate X220t
@Razvan. It's low priority because there are other ways to calibrate the tablet (but not as pleasant as a decent gui). The method I use is to manually set the "Area" parameter using xsetwacom - making small iterative adjustments until I get a decent calibration. [Bug 1019622] [NEW] Evolution with mapi over vpn fails to reconnect
Public bug reported: Sadly, I'm currently forced to fetch mail from an Exchange server via a Cisco tunnel. Luckily, Evolution with mapi combined with vpnc mostly works. [Bug 1019569] [NEW] empathyindicator menus dont work when getting contact requests
Public bug reported: 1. setup accounts in empathy 2. tell someone to send you a friend request expected result: when you click the request in the indicator menu it should go away and show you the "reject/accept" dialog actual result: absolutely nothing happens. I have to open the empathy contact list and accept the request but the request remains in the indicator menu and is not removable at all. this happened to me on multiple accounts. [Bug 1019531] [NEW] Can't move icon's position on the Launcher
Public bug reported: Version 12.04. The Launcher is supposed to allow you to move apps up and down the list by simply dragging the icon off the Launcher, and then dragging it back on at the desired position. This does not work - all icons are immovable on the Launcher! ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1019531 Title: Can't move icon's position on the Launcher To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1019531/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 397552] Re: [Solved 50%] Rhythmbox crash (no sound, but the interface contunue to work) after , and exactly after, 3 song, whatever it play...
Hello, I've changed the status of this bug to Fix Released because whatever the problem was, it is no longer happening with the new version being used with Ubuntu 12.04. I've now gone back to using Rhythmbox instead of Banshee because the problem I was having has gone away. Whatever it was, it has been fixed and everything's working fine now. Thank you. ** Changed in: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Status: New => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/397552 Title: [Solved 50%] Rhythmbox crash (no sound, but the interface contunue to work) after , and exactly after,3 song, whatever it play...
