[Bug 1232454] Re: "Computer will suspend very soon because of inactivity." dialog when resuming from suspend
Thanks for your workaround, Bib. I tested it yesterday and unfortunately it doesn't work reliably. Especially after rebooting it's not working for me unless I logout and login again. I found a much more convenient solution based on the hooks of pm-utils, so it's also independent of your screensaver settings. Simply copy the attachement (20_kill-notify-osd) to /etc/pm/sleep.d: sudo mv 20_kill-notify-osd /etc/pm/sleep.d sudo chmod +x /etc/pm/sleep.d/20_kill-notify-osd ** Attachment added: "20_kill-notify-osd" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/1232454/+attachment/3942236/+files/20_kill-notify-osd -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-settings-daemon in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1232454 Title: "Computer will suspend very soon because of inactivity." dialog when resuming from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/1232454/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 1266542] [NEW] Evince fails to display some PostScript files correctly

[Bug 888789] Re: evince doesn't render embedded font
Thanks Scott for the feedback. This rule: /usr/local/texlive/2013/texmf-dist/fonts/** r, is not really something we'll add to the shipped profile because it is site specific. [Bug 837196] Re: Cannot change bluetooth name
No, it actually means there is nothing to fix I just have missed the updates to the bug. It's invalid according to GNOME because there is a way to change the system hostname via System Information in the control panel: http://www.hadess.net/2011/06/pretty-oh-so-pretty.html As expressed above, there is also a way to change this in bluez itself, so there is effectively no bug in BlueZ -- as such I'll mark the Bluez task as Invalid (there is no bug there), and the gnome-bluetooth task as Won't Fix (we won't change how it is, and there is an alternative method recommended by GNOME already) ** Changed in: gnome-bluetooth (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged => Won't Fix ** Changed in: bluez (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-bluetooth in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/837196 Title: Cannot change bluetooth name To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-bluetooth/+bug/837196/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
