[Bug 1224217] Re: 50_ubuntu_sessions.patch causes gnome-flashback sessions not to load
Re-using this bug report to track the switch to Unity identification. The only remaining blocker is non-working indicators: - All .desktop autostart files for indicators have NotShowIn=Unity; - In Unity sessions, indicators are autostarted by Upstart: unity-panel-service calls "upstart_emit_event_sync (NULL, priv->upstart, "indicator-services-start", NULL, 0);" on startup and "upstart_emit_event_sync (NULL, priv->upstart, "indicator-services-end", NULL, 0);" on shutdown. Possible solutions: - Add upstart support to indicator-applet (looks too late at this point in release cycle); - Do not identify as Unity, but only switch to unity-s-d/unity-c-c. [Bug 703720] Re: cannot play dvb: "Could not open resource for reading and writing."
Sorry this unresponded report. We do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. If you are still using Ubuntu and you can reproduce this bug it would be useful if you generate a new report. ** Changed in: totem (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete ** Changed in: totem Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to totem in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/703720 Title: cannot play dvb: "Could not open resource for reading and writing."
