[Bug 1393143] [NEW] Sync gnome-python 2.28.1+dfsg-1.1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

2014-11-15 Thread Logan Rosen
Public bug reported:

Please sync gnome-python 2.28.1+dfsg-1.1 (main) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Execute dh_autoreconf, to update config.guess|sub.
Debian now executes autoreconf as well.

Changelog entries since current vivid version 2.28.1+dfsg-1ubuntu2:

gnome-python (2.28.1+dfsg-1.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * autoreconf on build to support new architectures (Closes: 558556)

Still looking for a solution on this.

I'm Xubuntu 14.04 an I know that it was possible to type ñ using AltGr+N
before. This would be the easiest way to go.

[Bug 527157] Re: Brightness controls skips Levels.

2014-11-15 Thread Kojo Kumah
Seems odd to me that this bug is a low priority. The results are pretty
poor UX.

There are 3 interesting solutions here.

Fix 1 is a partial fix that worked for me right away. Still looking into
the others.

[Bug 1393067] [NEW] totem 3.14

2014-11-15 Thread Tim
Public bug reported:

Totem as of 3.12 has an entirely new UI based heavily on GNOME3 HIG. We
would like to ship this for Ubuntu GNOME, however I suspect that Ubuntu
and the other flavours that ship totem, probably won't want these
changes. If that is the case, then we might need to fork the packaging
and upload a new source package totem3 or something.
