[Bug 1922952] Re: issue about diskspace 21.04

2021-04-08 Thread Manfred Hampl
/dev/sde2 916G 870G 0 100% /

Your root file system is (almost) full.
You might run the command
du -schx /*
to see the directories that use most space, and then dig further to identify
which files/directories consume too much space and do clean-up.

[Bug 1922353] Re: Overview sometimes fails to appear or disappear fully

2021-04-08 Thread Gipsz Jakab
Hi,

I played with the various extensions I have. Disabling every extension
seems to cure the problem. Enabling ubuntu dock or dash to panel seems
to bring the issue back. I try to attach the journal.

Regards,

tg

[Bug 1923050] [NEW] Cannot resume from suspend

2021-04-08 Thread Johan Larsson
Public bug reported:

I cannot resume from suspend. I am on Ubuntu 20.10, Gnome 3.38. Neither
pushing the power button or opening the lid solves the issue. The led
indicator continues to pulsate and there's no indication of any response
from the computer.

I've tried switching between versions 450 and 460 of the Nvidia graphics
driver as well as Noveau and the issues persists regardless of which
driver I use.

This started happening no too long ago, maybe around a month from now.
It previously worked just fine.

[Bug 1923032] [NEW] Sound setings display balance incorrectly

2021-04-08 Thread Wiktor Nizio
Public bug reported:

1. Change sound balance to something obvious, like 100% right, so you can hear
the difference.
2. Close sound settings.
3. Open sound settings again.

Effect: You will hear that your settings have been preserved, but the
balance slider will show in the middle.

Seems to be fixed now using full KMS. Full KMS required both:

** Package changed: mutter (Ubuntu) => flash-kernel (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: flash-kernel (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: linux-raspi (Ubuntu)
   Status: Triaged => Fix Released

** Summary changed:

- Heavy screen tearing in Wayland sessions on Raspberry Pi 4-B (using the FKMS
driver)
+ Heavy screen tearing in Wayland sessions on Raspberry Pi 4-B

[Bug 1922353] Re: Overview sometimes fails to appear or disappear fully

2021-04-08 Thread Daniel van Vugt
To anyone who can reproduce this bug:

Please try disabling 'Ubuntu Dock' in the 'Extensions' app and tell us
if that fixes it.

While the Ubuntu Dock is disabled you can still access the overview via
the Super key, Super+A, or by clicking on 'Activities'.

[Bug 1922766] Re: UP and DOWN keys behave erratically

2021-04-08 Thread Paul Mackinlay
I re-installed Wayland and logged in with the Ubuntu on Wayland option
but it didn't fix the issue.

[Bug 1922414] Re: ssh-agent fails to start (has_option: command not found)

2021-04-08 Thread Achim Settelmeier
As a workaround, I created the file 01x11-has_option (find it attached)
and placed it in /etc/X11/Xsession.d/. It defines has_option unless it
is already defined somewhere else. ssh-agent now runs in the background
on startup again.

** Attachment added: "/etc/X11/Xsession.d/01x11-has_option"
