Similar issue for "Eye of Mate" in Debian Buster. Message is: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Method "DescribeAll" with signature "" on interface "org.gtk.Actions" doesn't exist Running eom as root works fine. I'm guessing that either there is some config file that root can read, but user cannot, or that there's some daemon that cached bad values.
