If anyone wants to look into this bug, the issue is with META_SHARED_FRAMEBUFFER_COPY_MODE_SECONDARY_GPU. Thanks for the bug report. I believe this is a known problem with the mutter Wayland backend. As a workaround, on the login screen try changing the session type before you enter your password.
