Affects Ubuntu 13.04 with Nautilus 3.6.3-0ubuntu16. Connecting to FTP
server doesn't crash Nautilus.

[Bug 1179182] [NEW] Connect to server window is confusing in 13.04

2013-05-12 Thread Alpo Turunen
Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu 12.10 the Connect to server -dialog of Nautilus had drop-down menu
for selecting the connection type and textboxes for username, port etc.
In Ubuntu 13.04 there is only a textbox for host address. The only way to
specify the options is to give ftp://user@host or similar string as an address.
This impairs usability when connecting to network shares.

[Bug 1087875] Re: nautilus crashes when connecting to SSH file server

2012-12-19 Thread Alpo Turunen
Although Nautilus crashes, the SSH share is mounted under
/run/user/alpo/gvfs/ and files can be accessed via command line.
Accessing it or any subfolder in Nautilus causes the crash. It can be
unmounted by Nautilus without crashing.
