[Bug 1087875] Re: nautilus crashes when connecting to SSH file server
Affects Ubuntu 13.04 with Nautilus 3.6.3-0ubuntu16. [Bug 1179182] [NEW] Connect to server window is confusing in 13.04
Public bug reported: In Ubuntu 12.10 the Connect to server -dialog of Nautilus had drop-down menu for selecting the connection type and textboxes for username, port etc. In Ubuntu 13.04 there is only a textbox for host address. The only way to specify the options is to give ftp://user@host or similar string as an address. This impairs usability when connecting to network shares. [Bug 1087875] Re: nautilus crashes when connecting to SSH file server
Although Nautilus crashes, the SSH share is mounted under /run/user/alpo/gvfs/ and files can be accessed via command line. Accessing it or any subfolder in Nautilus causes the crash. It can be unmounted by Nautilus without crashing. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1087875 Title: nautilus crashes when connecting to SSH file server To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1087875/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
