All the POP3 Accounts are from hotmail (office live). They are based on my own domains and TLDs. My gmail accounts are set up with IMAP and have no problem with them. Evolution randomly forgets passwords for only those POP3 accounts. This bug is not one of the previously mentioned bugs. Evolution forgets passwords randomly sometimes one sometimes two sometimes 3 accounts at the same time. I still could not figure out why. I have to re enter the passwords and sometimes it accepts them and sometimes does not. [Bug 487784] [NEW] Evolution Randomly Forgets POP3 Passwords
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution I have 5 pop mail accounts and 5 imap accounts. And whenever start evolution it randomley forgets password for one or two of the pop accounts and asks me to enter password for those pop accounts. Even after entering the correct password it asks again until I press the cancel button. It does that even when doing send and recieve. Some how it just erases the POP accounts passwords and than cannot save them. I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala AMD 64.
